10:30 to 11:30 Paddle first Island, enter caves
11:30 Motor to second Island, Seafood buffet lunch
12:30 to 14:00 Paddle second Island, enter caves
14:15 Motor to third stop
14:30 to 16:00 Explore coastline around Islands
16:00 Return to Ao Por for transfer to hotel
17:00 Hotel drop-off
During the day, you will travel on our comfortable escort boat crewed by a Captain, two boat boys, two cooks and our
guides. Our trips with a staff to guest ratio of nearly 1:1 are the highest in the adventure travel business. From the
escort boat, our guides will paddle you in our Sea Explorer canoes, two guests plus one guide per boat into the caves
and hongs, and around some of the stunning islands of Phang Nga Bay. Throughout the day you will be served fresh
fruit, tea, coffee and as many soft drinks as you can consume! Lunch is a delight; we pride ourselves on giving the
best meal in the adventure travel business. To quote the Tourism Authority of Thailand, we offer “superb seafood
lunch”.
A typical menu is: Chicken and coconut soup, whole fried fish with sweet and sour sauce, Fried chicken, yellow spice,
Tempura shrimp, Fried chicken drumsticks, mixed vegetable, Fried rice and Plain rice. We cater for vegetarians and
non-fish eater too. Please let us know the day before the trip.

Escape the crowds to the islands. Join us on the Sit-On-Top Kayak adventure! Paddle into the famous Caves and lagoons of Phang
Nga Bay and explore some of south Thailand’s most beautiful coastline.
Schedule:
08.30 to 08.50 Pick up at your hotel.
09.00 Arrive at Ao Por pier on the Northeast of Phuket Island.
Depart from Ao Por on our escort boat or fast longtail boat. Relax then some kayak instruction
for beginners. Arrive in Phang Nga Bay.
10.30 Kayak instruction and practice.
Explore the first island and enter the caves and hidden lagoons.
11.30 Motor to the second island. Stop for an excellent seafood buffet lunch.
14.00 to 15.00 Explore the second island.
15.00 Motor to our third stop.
15.15 to 16.00 Explore the limestone formation around the coastline.
16.00 Return to Ao Por Pier
17.00 Drop off at your hotel.
Approximately 3.5 hours of Easy Paddling.

09:15 Arrive at island in North of Phang Nga Bay. Paddle instructions and circumnavigation
11:00 Depart for Second Island
12:00 Depart for Koh Yao Noi
12:30 Lunch at Tha Khao bungalows
13:30 Depart for the limestone islands of the East Bay. Circumnavigation, sea eagles,
Snorkeling, white sand beaches, etc.
14:00 Play in the islands
18:00 Arrive back to your hotel.
