HALF DAY EXCURSION

Tour Code: HDPTZ                The Si Racha Tiger Zoo
This zoo keeps a large number of Bengal tigers, as well as crocodiles and other animals. It is one of the largest
breeding farms for tigers and other animals. There are daily shows that involve trainers with tigers and crocodiles.
Visitors will be thrilled to see how friendship can be possible among tigers, pigs and dogs living together. There will
also be many opportunities for photographs with these animals.

This zoo covers a vast tract of forestland that is operated by the Zoological Garden Organization. There are more than
200 species of wildlife living in their natural habitat. These animals include domestic and imported types. The zoo is
opened daily from 8am to 6pm and it also puts on shows of well-trained animals. A new feature soon to be added
will be the night safari by auto-trams.

This is a wonderland of miniature replicas of such outstanding architectural works as the Temple of the Emerald
Buddha, Democracy Monument, and Bridge over the River Kwai, Prasat Hin Phimai and many more. Europe is also
represented here by landmarks such as the Tower Bridge, Eifel Tower and the Tower of Pisa.

The elephant village stage shows demonstrating how to catch wild elephants, elephants-at-work in the jungle,
elephant playing football and a grand war elephant parade. Elephant rides around the village are also available.
The one-hour long elephant show is held daily at 230pm.

This centre displays the intelligence of monkey trained to climb and pick coconuts, and to undertake other activities.
There is also cock fighting, which a traditional past-time of rural Thailand. A snake show is also staged.

About 18km south of Pattaya, Nong Nooch is a sprawling recreation park in typical Thai setting. Groups of traditional
Thai houses and gardens of different flowering plants are dotted around the beautifully landscaped site. There is
also an orchid nursery, a cactus garden and a man-made lake within the 500 acre compound. A daily cultural show
and elephant performance attracts crowds of delighted visitors.

There are three famous cabaret shows (Alacazar, Tiffany Show and Simon Cabaret) available in Pattaya town area.
These are of course all-male transvestite impersonation show with music, dance, fancy costume and a very
impressive stage production. There are 3 shows every evening and after each show, the “girls” can bee seen outside
posing for photographs with the audience.

FULL DAY EXCURSION

Ko Lan is an island some 7.5km from Pattaya. Ferry service leaves south Pattaya daily from 10am to 630pm and leaves
Ko Lan’s Na Ban Beach at 12 noon and 2pm. The island offers several white sandy beaches such as Hat Ta Waen to
the north, where most tour boats make anchor, Hat Laem Thian and Hat Samae to the south and Hat Ta Phan to the
west. Facing Hat Ta Phan are coral ranges that visitors may take glass bottom boat rides to explore. There are many
other sea activities that are offered on the island.
