11.00: Stretching (Flexibility Training) Physical problem and certain muscle pain may caused by our improper working environment, such as sitting position. Learn and practice easy but effective postures, this is the beginning state to prepare “body” part to ensure physically comfortable and to prepare readiness of Body condition and to get rid of muscle discomfort, create better blood circulation.

Program Itinerary: 08.00: Departure from Manohra Cruises pier. Refreshments are served on board while cruising up river, passing by the most famous sights on the Chao Phraya River, The Grand Palace and Wat Arun. We will then continue to cruise up to Nonthaburi province and reach Koh Kret Island.
