Day 1 PHYSICAL RELAXATION
10.00 Meet at Farm Ang Thong Pier in Nonthaburi for a 15 minutes boat ride to Baan Dvara-Prateep on Koh
Kred. Upon arrival, get together for a morning orientation in understanding the Thai culture. A
briefing will be conducted on the daily activities during your stay at Baan Dvara-Prateep
10.30 Join the class of “Body & Mind Solution”conducted by our instructor, Dr. Vichit Kittipongosol. The
Body & Mind programme has been tailored a complete state of wellness of the two elements,
physical and mental.
12.00 Enjoy a simply delicious Thai lunch.
13.30 Begin your meditation program with “The State of Relaxation”, followed with a brief practice for 30
minutes. Begin another session of “How to let go with the music” for 15 minutes. Question and
answer. After lunch, attend the class starting with “Kasemsook Movement for Better Health, both
physical & Mental”. Relax with the music.
15.00 Break with coffee, tea and snacks. Join each other in the living area to see the demonstrations of
flower garland arrangements or scented flowers preparation, cutting banana leaves to be used for
various purposes, and fruit or vegetable carvings etc.
16.00 Spend some time in the afternoon cruising around the island of Koh Kred with a brief stop to see
how the traditional Thai dessert is made at Baan Kanom, and a walk through the central narrow lane
to the market next to the river where local products can be purchased.
17.30 Return to Baan Dvara-Prateep for refreshing fruit juice or cold drinks. Time at leisure to freshen up
before dinner.
19.00 Dinner by the river, followed with the evening session “How to blend well with the music”
Day 2 TRUE RELAXATION
06.30 Morning exercise at the veranda.(special postures designed to release muscle discomfort which may
caused by improper sleeping posture. This exercise is to ensure physical relaxation and comfort.
08.00 Breakfast at the dining room
09.00 Join the morning session “lean to let go with Thai Classical Music”.
10.00 Offer food to the monks at temple in Koh Kred Island.
11.30 Return back to Baan Dvaraprateep, pouring water to the glass to confirm the good intention of giving
and to pass on the merit making to our ancestor.
12.00 Enjoy our family style lunch
13.30 Afternoon repeat “Kasemsook Movement for Better Health, both physical & Mental”. Relax with the
music.
15.30 While having a break with coffee, tea and snacks, watch a demonstration of fruit or vegetable
carvings, banana leaves cutting or coconut leaves weaving etc and enjoy participating in the
activities.
19.00 Thai style dinner
20.00 Presentation, the story of the “Lotus & Riverine Life”, get to know philosophy of the lotus.
Day 3
05.45 (optional) This morning we rise early again to join the alms giving to the monks who arrive by boat,
then pouring water to the glass to confirm the good intention of giving and to pass on the merit
making to our ancestor.

08.30 Breakfast
09.30 Go to the market with the chef to buy the ingredients for cooking.
11.00 Thai Cooking demonstrations & participation
12.00 Lunch and relax at leisure, before packing and ready to leave Baan Dvara-Prateep with a fresh
memory of the never-to-forget experience to bring home.
