The Wellness Enlightened and the Garland of Serenity are 2 days package specially designed for those who would like to gain
understanding in the beauty of life, particularly concerning health and emotion. Our team of doctors will give explanation on how
you should take care of your own physical body and eating habits without creating any damage to your health. The meals served
here have been selected to suit the general tastes with the healthy menu combination of herbal, easily digested meat such as fish
and shrimp, fresh fruits and vegetarian dishes.
Day 1
10.00 Meet at Farm Ang-thong Pier in Nonthaburi to take a boat for 15 minutes to Baan Dvara Prateep on
Koh Kred.
After arrival, get together for a morning orientation of the purpose of
meditation practice and briefing on the daily activities during the stay here.
10.30 Join the class of “Body and Mind Solution” conducted by our instructor, Dr. Vichit Kittipongkosol.
12.00 Enjoy a simply delicious Thai lunch.
13.30 Getting to know “The State of Relaxation”, followed with a brief practice for 30 minutes, followed by
a session on “How to let go with the music” for 15 minutes. Question & answer
14.00 After lunch, attend the class starting with “Kasemsook Movement for Better Health, both physical &
Mental”. Relax with the music.
15.00 Break with coffee, tea and snacks
16.00 Spend some time in the afternoon cruising around the island of Koh Kred with a brief stop to see
how traditional Thai dessert is made at Baan Kanom, and a walk through the central narrow lane to
the market
next to the river where local products can be purchased.
17.30 Return to Baan Dvara-Prateep. Cool towels, fresh fruit juice are served upon arrival. Time at leisure to
freshen up and rest before dinner.
19.00 Dinner by the river
20.00 Join the class of “Body and Mind at Rest” by Dr. Aanuwat Jitjaras about “The technique to step into
the fast lane sleep
Day 2
05.45 (option) Early morning rise to join the alms giving to the monk arriving by boat, followed by soft
exercise at the verandah.
08.00 Breakfast at the dinning room
09.30 Join the class of “The Way to Better Health & Mind” by Dr.Wathid Wattanasub. Learn how to prevent
tension & stress in the doctor’s opinion under the Thai way of living.
12.00 Enjoy our family style lunch.
13.30 After lunch, attend the class starting with “Kasemsook Movement for Better Health, both physical &
Mental”. Relax with the music.
15.00 Break for coffee and tea. After that, pack and get ready to depart Baan Dvara-Prateep and bring home
with a fresh memory of the never-to-forget experience.

Day 1
10.00 Meet at Farm Ang-thong Pier in Nonthaburi for a 15 mins boat ride to Baan Dvara-Prateep
on Koh Kred. Upon arrival, get together for a morning orientation in understanding the Thai
culture and purpose of music appreciation practice. Briefing will be conducted on the daily
activities during your stay here.
10.30 Begin your meditation program with the introduction of “The State of Relaxation”, followed
by a brief practice for 30 minutes. The meditation program continues with a 15 mins session on “How
to let go with the music” for 15 minutes. Class will be opened for question and answer session.
12.00 Enjoy a simply delicious Thai lunch.
13.30 After lunch, attend the class starting with “Kasemsook Movement for Better Health, both physical &
Mental”. Relax with the music.
15.00 Break with coffee, tea and snacks. Join each other in the living area to see the demonstrations of
flower garland arrangements or scented flowers preparation, cutting banana leaves to be used for
various purposes.
16.00 Spend some time in the afternoon by boat for a cruise around the island of Koh Kred with a brief stop
to see how the traditional Thai dessert is made at Baan Kanom.
Walk through the central narrow lane to the main market next to the river where local products can
be purchased.
17.30 Return to Baan Dvara-Prateep. Fresh fruit juice or cold drinks, snacks and cool towels are served
upon arrival. Time at leisure to freshen up and rest before dinner.
19.00 Dinner by the river, followed with the evening session “How to blend well with the music”
Day 2
05.45 (option) Early morning rise to join the alms giving to the monk who arrives by boat, followed
by soft exercise at the verandah.
08.00 Breakfast
09.00 Go to the market with the chef to buy the ingredients for cooking.
10.30 Thai Cooking demonstrations & participation
12.00 Lunch
13.30 After lunch, attend the class starting with “Kasemsook Movement for Better Health, both physical &
Mental”. Relax with the music.
15.00 Break for coffee and tea. After that, time to pack and get ready to depart Baan Dvara Prateep and
