MEET & GREET at SUVARNABHUMI BANGKOK Airport

There is only ONE TERMINAL in the new airport for Domestic & International flights.
Level 2 : Arrival
Level 4 : Departure

Arrival Gates
ARRIVAL DOOR A: for all Domestic Flights
ARRIVAL DOOR B and C: for all of the International flights

1.         Meeting Place for Arrival Transfers – FITs & Groups

For the passengers arriving by Domestic flights: Following Baggage Claim, please proceed to ARRIVAL DOOR
A, our guide will wait with a name - sign at ARRIVAL DOOR A.

For the passengers arriving by International Flights: Following Baggage Claim, please proceed to ARRIVAL
DOOR B, our guide will wait with a name - sign at ARRIVAL DOOR B.

Please note: Our Guide will wait with name-sign at Gate B only.
In case any passengers that exit at Gate C, please get to Gate B to meet your guide.
Arrival Door B is located in the center of the Terminal on Level 2

For the Group arrival, please follow the above procedures, after meeting our guide, the guide will lead the
group members to the Level 1(Ground floor) to board our coach.

2.        Failure to locate Trikaya representative

Please contact ATTA Counter which is located right at GATE B. The passengers will be assisted by the ATTA
staff to locate our guide or other proper assistance will be provided

If the passengers fail to meet with our staff at the gate, please follow the above instruction.
We will not refund any taxi fare if passengers did not follow the above procedures.
